Job title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Richmond upon Thames (South West London)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
Sector: Website Development (Front and Back End), Web Application Development
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm
My client is a highly successful digital solutions agency looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated, hands-on, hardworking and energetic new team member to join their office in the Richmond upon Thames area in the Senior Developer role.
Key requirements of the role are:
At least 5+ years relevant PHP development experience
Eligible to work and live in the UK
In depth knowledge/Experience of PHP Laravel
In depth knowledge/Experience of GitHub
Good knowledge/Experience of VueJS
Good knowledge/Experience of Bootstrap
Working knowledge/Experience of Magento
Need to be at home with Linux terminal
Good knowledge of Laravel Forge
Experience setting up Linux based servers
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to be able to deal efficiently and patiently with all types of customers
Effective verbal and written communication skills with good technical writing abilities
Target driven with experience of working to achieve those targets, and in turn being measured on them.
Exceptional time management and administration skills
In depth knowledge/Experience of PHP Laravel
Additionally, you will ideally have:
Agency environment experience
Good knowledge/experience of REACT
Good knowledge/experience of WordPress
Good knowledge/experience of Databases
Good knowledge/experience of QA and Testing
Role responsibilities
Keep abreast of the latest development trends and identify new innovative opportunities within opensource development arena
Assist the account management team in putting together solutions for current clients
Provide timely resolution to reported problems with existing websites.
Work closely with both the design and project resources to achieve the best possible results in web projects from conception right through to delivery
Ensure all work adheres to current industry best practice
Be self-motivated, goal-orientated and able to work in a team environment.
Have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis
Ideally have a commercial focus when needed to assist to successfully align with sales teams
Be able to add tooling to fine tune the development pipeline for best results
