As such they are looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their ranks.In this varied role you will be involved in all aspects of facilities maintenance as well as ensuring that all Health and Safety procedures are followed.The ideal candidate will have at least a years' experience working in large facilities maintenance and will have experience doing basic electrical, plumbing and decorating working.This is a great chance for someone looking to join a company where they can stay long term and be part of a good team in a company where you will be valued for the work you do.The Role:

*Basic electrical work

*Basic plumbing

*Decorating and painting

*Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to.The Person

*1 year experience in properties or facilities maintenance
