Mechanical Fitter (Days Based- Machine Building)£25,000 - £27,000 + Overtime paid at 1.5x + Training + Progression + 33 Days Holiday + Pension + Healthcare + Company BenefitsPeterborough & surrounding areas Are you a Mechanical Fitter looking for a days based role building machines with specialist in-house training, plenty of overtime and a great work to life balance? Working for an extremely well established, market leading manufacture, you will receive extensive training to build a variety of bespoke machines for a company who always promote from within. The company are a well-established manufacturer and international exporter of special purpose machinery. On a day to day basis you will be working as part of a team, building a variety of machines from drawings. This is an excellent time to join the company as they invest in their engineering department and continue to grow as a company. Candidates must have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship for this role or be in the process of completintg an apprenticeship - my client are happy to support you to finish your apprenticeship. This is an opportunity to move into a varied role, expanding on your existing skills through training and applying them to manufacture different machines each day.
