Compliance CoordinatorA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Coordinator to join SThree's new offices in Glasgow on a permanent basis. This Compliance Coordinator will join SThree's Finance Operations team where you will be responsible for carrying out background checks on candidates before they are able to go on site. We operate across 10 specialist brands (including Huxley, Progressive, Real Staffing, and Computer Futures) and employ over 2,800 people in 16 countries globally. SThree are currently embarking on an exciting venture and have a new Shared Services Centre of Excellence in Glasgow City Centre. As a result, we have a number of opportunities across our Finance, IT, Legal, and HR teams, providing a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in something new at a fun, rewarding company. What will you be doing?As a compliance coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring contractors have all the correct compliance documentation allowing them to go on site. You will be the key link between our Recruitment consultants and their candidates to ensure communication is clear and documents are received correctly and on time to enable a smooth transition on site. In addition, a proactive service to our customers is required at all times. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a methodical and intelligent approach to your work, professional communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels of seniority, both in our business and with clients.
