You will oversee the launch of a new software application from concept/trial through to full transition to service. Taking responsibility for the technical direction and implementation of the strategy, you will be leading the project team of software engineers to ensure technical delivery targets are met whilst working closely with the wider projects team to ensure the customers are fully engaged and consulted.Skills & ExperienceAs an experienced Software Engineer, you will be looking to take a hands-on leadership role where you can shape and build a new dedicated team. You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of MATLAB application development in an agile environment, able to take a concept through to delivery.You will be confident working with both internal and external stakeholders, explaining complex technical information in an understandable manner.
