A new and growing company based in central London have a new opportunity for a Senior Analog IC Design engineer to join their team developing cutting edge technology for the cyber security market. They would ideally be interested in someone who can start at short notice!
In this position you will be responsible for the development of Analog/Mixed Signal IC designs for ultra-low power applications. In addition you will be performing high level system verification, developing new technology and contributing to the completion of design projects.
Master's or PhD degree qualified in Microelectronics or Electrical Engineering, the successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 8 years experience in Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design with experience in designing bias circuits such as LDOs and BGRs, ADC/DAC design and very low-offset operational amplifier design (using chopping techniques). Block layout and/or top-level floorplanning/layout considered a plus. The candidate should also be experienced in hands-on laboratory testing of products and script programming.
Excellent knowledge of Cadence tools and flows and IC design verification methodology is required along with strong communication in English. Experience is required in; low-power design experience, sub-65nm experience and chip verification (LVS/DRC). Working knowledge of Linux operating systems is desired.
