As part of this role you will: Bring together a number of cross-functional teams spanning product definition, development, integration and test to form a coherent team focussed on clear objectives.Plan and lead delivery by the product, development, integration and test teamsTrack status of key delivery milestones and dependencies, providing clear weekly progress updates.Look ahead to identify risks that may trip up delivery, and take steps to manage these risksFind expedient ways through issues as they ariseEngage with Director/Exec-level stakeholders to give transparent updates on progress, and seek their assistance when required.Provide quality metrics during all stages of release delivery to ensure that every release improves quality for our customersMigrate customers smoothly from their current app experience to the new converged app experience simply and without inconvenience Candidate Specification You have experience delivering mass market apps to the market, ideally multimedia apps so you understand the specific challenges that these bringKnowledge of project and financial planning processes and techniques for deliveries £1m+You're confident engaging at a senior level (HoDs, Directors, and C-suite).
