Project Manager - HousebuilderThe primary role within this position is to manage and co-ordinate the Technical approval process.The ideal candidate for this opportunity will come from an Engineering background and have worked at Senior Site Management or Project Management level with a Housebuilder.My client is a privately-owned Housebuilder who have been operating for 35 years and driven purely by quality of quantity. They provide a variety of new build properties from 1-bedroom apartments up to large family homes including 3,4 and 5 bedrooms.Our client has built a reputation for an exacting standard, producing a top-quality product and have a keen eye for attention to detail.The Housebuilder is an NHBC partner and build all their properties whilst complying against strict NHBC standards/guidelines.The business is now looking to the strengthen their operation with the introduction of a Project Manager, to work closely with the Architectural Technician Team & Managing Director.My client is open to career background and would consider individuals from either a Housebuilding, Main Contracting or Consultancy background. They would even consider talking with candidates from a specialist Groundworker background.
