£19'000-£25'000 + Training + Technical development + some overseas travel + Holidays + Pension Are you passionate about C++ development and looking to become a specialist working within a technically fascinating industry whilst being support by a close knit team of experts around you?Amazing opportunity for a technically focused graduate who has an interest in simulation and would like an opportunity to be trained from scratch in becoming an end to end full product developer!

Established in Europe but now in the UK, this business is a small but growing division of a much larger wider business and specialises in the design and development of training simulation and signal processing/communication monitoring systems for the aerospace and defence industry! Now with a strong team in place, they are looking to rapidly increase headcount and requires motivated graduate who has a passion for technology and learning!You will join a small but experienced team of engineers of mixed ability and initially undergo industry and systems training in Italy. Once up and running you be responsible for developing avionic systems software from start to finish using C++ in a multi-platform environment (Linux/ Windows). Areas covered will include; - System analysis, design, programming, unit level testing and fault fixing. Training and constant support will be offered to bring you to a high level of software engineering.Here is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to join a business offing excellent technical variety whilst being supported with training and career progression.The role;* Graduate Software Engineer

* Full on the job support and initial product and system training in Italy

* Avionic systems (COMS, Simulation, Tactical Processor, Electro-Optical, Infra-Red sensors)

* C++

*Technologies used; Qt graphics libraries / Visual Studio / SQL / Windows and Linux

*Some occasional overseas travel is required (Italy/Rome)

*Lots of technical progression availableThe person must;*C++ experience (Academic or commercial)

*Be commutable to Yeovil

*Looking to learn new cutting edge technology within the defence and Aerospace industry

*Happy to do some occasional overseas travel to Italy/Rome - once or twice a year at most

*Looking to technically progress
