Overview:To provide customer focused IT support function across several locations and ensure the service provided is of a consistent, high quality. The role will require a natural aptitude for problem solving, solution building and completing tasks to deadlines. The candidate must be able to maintain effective contact with a disparate technology team through instant message, phone, teleconference, email, and video conference.Technical Skills:* Experienced 2nd / 3rd line support technician.
* In depth working knowledge of the Microsoft environment including AD, O365, SQL, Windows Server 20xx.
* VMWare 6.5 and SAN Storage (Preferably 3PAR).
* Citrix 7.15 and AppV
* Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.
* Intel based Server, PC, Thin Client and Laptop hardware.
* Good knowledge of VEEAM.
