IT Director / London / £100,000Our client is a highly reputable End User based in London that is undergoing a NetSuite implementation as such they are looking for an IT director with previous experience implementing NetSuite or a similar ERP system. You will ideally progress onto the board and be a partner in the business. Job Title: IT DirectorLocation: LondonPackage: £100,000 plus benefits and bonus The successful IT director will be responsible for:Managing and defining the IT strategy to ensure that there is effective governance around the NetSuite implementation projectDevelop and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders, actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levelsBuild a strong relationship with relevant Executive and business leaders and a good understanding of their business area(s), strategies and objectives, through regular stakeholder meetings and other contactsEnsure financial control of cash spend on IT and adhere to company financial disciplines on areas such as (but not limited to) forecasting, budgeting, capital expenditure authorisation and invoice approvalDirect the provisioning of new and enhanced services as per requirementsEnsure IT demand is captured from businessProvide key input for the creation and maintenance of overall IT StrategyAddress business demand by capturing high level technology requirementsEnsure high level technology impact analysis is provided to businessBusiness Impact and Demand ManagementCoordinate and oversee user testing of new applications and application changes The Successful IT Director will have a:Proven past experience in recruiting and leading an IT team of 20+Comfortable with being hands-on in support of implementing ERP technology solutions such as NetSuiteExperience of managing budgetsStrong communication, presentation and leadership skillsHighly organised and detail-orientedGood Business AcumenThe successful IT Director you will be compensated by:£100,000 + benefits & bonusGenerous annual leave optionsBenefits package, including private healthcare and discretionary bonusProgression onto the boardThis is an urgent role with interviews likely to take place in the next few days.
