You join the team as a key member of the Group in the Customer Channels Strategy team, reporting to the Group Head of Customer Channels Strategy, you will be responsible for key workstream of the Role of the Branch Strategy project.
The primary focus is to support the definition, adaptation and execution of a coherent Customer Channels strategy, which joins up across Customer Channels and aligns to the Digital Strategy.
You will have a background from a strategic consultancy, ideally with distribution experience.
The client are undergoing a huge project, the focus is to become more digital as customer behaviour is changing. You will be responsible for creating and developing a new strategy across all channels of the bank.
