Description:This permanent role is key to ensuring that integrations with the IAM services are managed in line with company standards. The role holder will be responsible in leading the IAM Service & Integration Team to ensure successful delivery of Program/Projects and services in IAM.Main Responsibility:Lead IAM Services & Integration Team that comprises of Technical Integration Lead, Service Delivery Manager, Release & Change Analyst and PAM Integration Analyst.Manage the relationship with Managed Services provider, 3rd party vendors and RFT internal technology teams.Own and advance the technical implementation of IAM including design of components and infrastructure.Evangelize rigorous identity and access management principles to drive adoption.Partner with Business Unit, Data Centre and Cloud Engineers to ensure IAM solutions are aligned with their short and long-term requirements.Own PAM demand and relationship management with Business Unit and privilege users.Proactively monitor and coordinate cross-organisational system integration touch points to reduce or eliminate unexpected or unanticipated integration breakdowns.Stay ahead of the development process, analysing functional requirements & coordinate technical solutions to IAM Leads.Interact with technology peers to make technical recommendations for IAM Services integration (PAM)Participate as a team member, assisting others and leading technical projects as needed.Create and advocate a Pre and Post Production processes to ensure smooth IAM Lifecycle workflowTake personal responsibility to impact results, deliver on commitments, and reduce costs. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Technology (Computer Science, Computer Engineering etc.)At least 8 years of experience in Technology Area focusing on program security development and integrationsCan lead without authority and ability to have a good working relationship with the technical teams.Has experience in technical transition management in the areas of app development and hardware upgrades and new builds Required Certifications:ITILProject ManagementSecurity Certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA etc) Interested?
