Our client are working with a financial customer in central London on a big migration project which is set to make a huge difference to the banking industries modernisation journey.As a Senior developer you would be involved in re-engineering and migrating one of the investment banking systems to enable data mining, data analytics and also enable the platform to be hosted in the cloud.To be successful as a Senior developer on this migration project you will need to have recent Senior development experience using Java or Scala and most importantly, big data (Hadoop, Spark).A Senior developer must also have experience in the banking industry specifically with risk, and have experience driving a proof of concept, communicating and working with other highly skilled engineers in an Agile environment.Sounds like something you would like to be a part of?
