Test Manager (New Role)West Yorkshire
£40,000 - £45,000 + car allowance
Interaction IT have partnered up with a leading E-Commerce business, based in West Yorkshire.
This is a brand-new test manager role working within the E-Commerce and Systems Team. You will be expected to work closely with senior management and project teams to bring about and implement new testing techniques / tools into the business.
Key responsibilities:
· At least 4+ years hand on experience in the design and execution of complex test strategies / plans and understanding territory, working in various Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments
· At least 2+ years experience as a manager / test lead, with knowledge of implementing new testing principles into the business with an ability to develop and manage a small team of testers
· Commercial experience of using testing tool, techniques and processes including Quality Center, applied in a functional and non-functional capacity
· Must hold a recognised qualification / certification in a Testing / QA discipline
· Experienced in analysing and presenting data to various stakeholders / managers
· Maintain overview of project testing activities
· Also act as escalation point (management level) and issue resolution, both functional and non-functional
