2nd/3rd Line Engineer- Birmingham- Up to 33k This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well known End User in the Financial Sector. They are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer that has used a variety of hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting 500+ users as well as project experience. Responsibilities:- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for in house systems- Communicate effectively with other employees- Deal with escalations from other members of the team Skills:- Windows Server- Exchange- Atcive Directory- Networking- Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare)- Any cloud experience would be beneficial but is not essential (Azure, Office 365 or AWS) To apply for this role please send your CV directly to [email protected] or give me a call on 0191 338 7603.
