Cyber Security Manager (CISSP GIAC CISM Technology IT). Successful FinTech start-up is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead the security function and strategy within the business.

As a Cyber Security Manager a number of your duties will include; reviewing, developing and maintaining best practices, processes, controls and systems, ensuring that security risks and threats are proactively identified through regular assessments of systems and processes, delegating activities within the security team and developing your team members skills and knowledge.

Based in London, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive team within a collaborative company that promotes a good work life balance.

Requirements:

*Extensive experience within a cyber security based role

*Previous experience leading cyber security strategies

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills

*Likely to have relevant certifications such as CISSP, GIAC or CISM

*Ideally you'll have experience within the finance space
