This department of the business is looking to rapidly expand making it an exciting time to join the team.In this role you will be assessing drainage and flood risk for residential housing, commercial buildings and highways. You will also be given the responsibility of mentoring junior staff with the prospect of promotion to a managerial position in mind.This makes the role a great one for any Civil Engineer who wants to be immediately slot into an expanding company and make themselves a key part of their plans for the future while rapidly progressing your own career. The Role:

*Design and detailing drainage, service and infrastructure

*Site audits and feasibility assessments

*Maintaining and developing Client relationships

*Leadership, support and coaching of junior team membersThe Person:

*Experience in a civil engineering role

*Experience in AutoCAD, MicroDrainage, AutoTrack and ground modelling software

*Experience of client relationship management

*Knowledge of national guidance within relevant fields
