£25,000 to £30,000 DOE + Package + Pension + HolidayExcellent opportunity for Graduate Engineers and R&D scientists to join a unique, rapidly expanding company offering a technically challenging and varied position.This company are based in Exeter and are a specialist working in a unique field of non-destructive testing. Through impressive investment they are now looking to expand, because of this they are now adding a NDT Development R&D Engineering Graduate to their busy team. The company would be able to assist candidates looking to relocate to the area.There are exciting plans to expand offices to other locations in both the UK and the US and EU in order to be closer to customers. So there are plenty of opportunities for internal growth and progression into senior roles.We are interested in talking to Graduates, Engineers and R&D Scientists who want to be part of an exciting and growing company, who want to develop themselves and progress their careers while being supported along the way.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique, expanding company in a varied, interesting and technically challenging position.The Role:

*Mentored by a Senior Engineer

*Supporting the engineering team in design meetings with customers

*Exposure to product development

*Experimental work using automated and manual systems

*Some travel may be required to customers' sitesThe Person:

*Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)

*Experience conducting scientific experiments beneficial

*Familiarity with at least one programming language
