The consultant is required to understand the Payroll solution design, evaluate the legacy data, understand the data mapping and recommend the way forward for migrating the data from legacy system to the new SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Solution. Create LSMW and help the data Migration team to upload all the payroll data into SAP/SuccessFactors. Must have strong implementation experience in UK Public Sector and Taxation.

They should work with the Business Payroll Manager and Payroll SME to be able to identify the standard programs which can support the migration. In case of the need for custom Programs, they should also be able to provide guidance for the design of the same.

Duration: 8 Months

Rate: £450.00-500.00 per day

Key Responsibilities: Understand the Payroll design being implemented for the clientAnalyse the structures of various legacy dataIdentify mapping requirements to migrate the legacy data to the new solutionCollaborate with the SME to understand the dataIdentify the optimum solution between Standard build or custom to support migration of dataDesign custom programs as requiredCollaborate with the offshore and onsite teams

Essential Skills: Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central PayrollPrior experience in SAP PayrollData Migration experience in SAP Payroll from third party legacy systemsUK Public Sector Payroll Implementation experience and sound knowledge on UK Statutory ProcessExpertise in writing PCR's in Schemas

Desired Skills: Minimum of at least 4-5 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP Payroll, from planning to configuration through go-liveImplementation experience using an Agile implementation methodologyConsulting experience desirableTraining and certifications in SAPKnowledge on the SAP SuccessFactors.
