Role:The role will be hands on managing the team of Data Quality administrators. The work they do comprises of ensuring all our data inside Oracle is correct, adding new suppliers, updating suppliers information inside Siebel and H1.They look after sales reporting and sales incentives for EMEAC (sales commission, sales reporting tools) for all field staff.Set up customer data quality and pricing contacts for all divisions.The person will do a number of a tasks including:Direct line management of the teamResponsible for all tickets coming into the system.Being involved in projects when we go through acquisitions to ensure the company's are set up correctly and their data integration is correct. This can take up quite a bit of time when we are going through acquisitions EMEA wide.Handle all data for EMEAManage team KPIs.Ensure team SLAs are being adhered toBe a point of escalationRun weekly, monthly reports.Run ad-hoc reports at the request of commercial leaders / sales teams etc.Audits on the system/team making sure all data is cleanManage cross functional relationships with IS / Customer Service / legal etcOn an ad-hoc basis they'll be involved in SOX audits. The Person: The ideal candidate must have strong experience in team management. Knowing how to drive engagement and performance.Must have used an ERP systemStrong experience in data qualityOracle experience isn't essential, systems are the all the same generally.Qliksense experience would be an advantageUsed to handling mass volumes of data (and also happy to deal with mass volumes of data!)Need to have advanced excel experience.Happy to build own reports as our IS team doesn't do that for this function.Would be advantageous if they've worked on data integration projectsSelf sufficient as it's not a role where you'll have your hand held. Extras: Must speak English, no additional languages requiredTravel is minimal, would only occur for area meeting / acquisitions.
