Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector - Electronic Manufacturing SectorSalary: £16,000 - £20,000Location: Fordingbridge, HampshireJob Type: Full time, PermanentBased in Hampshire, the Company is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced monitoring and data-logging systems, and provides bespoke design and manufacturing services to other market-leading companies.Purpose of the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business. You will be a key part of the quality assurance team which ensures their products meet the required workmanship and quality standards.Main Duties & Responsibilities: To maintain QA standards and procedures in accordance with the Company's Quality PolicyTo ensure Goods In, First Offs, Inline and Final inspections are carried outEnsure your inspection work is completed within the expected time as instructed by the QA Inspection SupervisorEnsure that Production Supervisors are aware of any production errors found so they can take appropriate actionInform the Quality Manager of any major production errors found so they can take appropriate actionWhen required, support other areas of the business when and where the need arises as directed by the Quality ManagerThe ideal Candidate will have/ be:Has the ability to work both in a team environment and individuallyHave a good understanding of IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 inspection/workmanship standardsSelf-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervisionHave good hand-eye co-ordination and the ability to work with small components accuratelyWilling to undertake any training relevant to the roleLogical and methodical in their approach with a good attention to detailGood communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal with a good understanding of written EnglishNon-smokers onlyPlease click on the APPLY button to send your CV and Cover Letter for this role.Candidates with the experience or relevant job titles of: Quality Control Inspector, QC Manager, Quality Control Coordinator, Quality Control Operator, Quality Control Development, Quality Control Analyst, Quality Compliance Officer, Quality Assurance Inspector, Manufacturing Quality Control, Production Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Officer may also be considered for this role.
