Software Engineering Manager - London - £76,000 - £90,000A market-leading insurance company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager. You will lead your team and work alongside them to deliver innovative products, and be hands on at the same time utilizing a range of technologies. The company offers a competitive salary, bonus and great benefits!In this role you will:Work in a number of different fields and keep up with different technologies, to better coach your team to success ad best practices.Working closely with stakeholders and advise them on technical and cost-effective solutions.Be in charge of software solutions and constantly improve them and manage the risks.The skills you need:Experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Kinesis, Redshift)Being proficient in a programming language (Java and Python preferred)Best software practices (CI/CD, TDD)Beneficial but not necessary:Experience with Git, JenkinsKnowledge of JavaScript and Node.js Jefferson Frank is the Amazon Web Services (AWS) recruiter of choice.
