An excellent role on offer for a Technical Sales Engineer to join a European leading company where you will maximise you earnings through an uncapped commission structure, and where you will progress into the sales manager.Have you got a Technical Sales background within Engineering? Are you looking to maximise your earnings with a generous commission structure? Do you want to progress your career into a Managerial position?This company specialise in the design, supply and manufacturer bespoke mechanical equipment to automotive companies across Europe. They work alongside a number of blue-chip clients such as Rolls Royce, Jaguar Land Rover and Honda. Due to continued success within the Automotive industry, they are now looking for a Sales Engineer to spearhead the growth of the company, to break into the world of Rail and Aerospace.In this varied role you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing Clients, and developing new relationships with prospective clients through a mixture of cold-calling and marketing leads.This role will entail a mixture of office based tasks, and working from home when possible. You will work alongside the 3rd party Marketer in order to generate new sales, putting together quotations for the Clients and then handing the quotes over to the Project Engineers. There will also be Client site visits on a Monthly basis. This role would ideally suit a Technical Sales Engineer, who is looking to join a Company who are growing extensively, and where you will maximise your earnings through an uncapped commission structure.The Role:

? Generating new Sales through Leads and Cold Calling ? Face to Face sales ? Possibility to work from home a few days a week? Maintaining strong Client relationships? £35,000 + OTE £50,000 + Car + Flexible Working + ProgressionThe Person:

? Sales experience within the Engineering industry? Full UK Driving License ? Commutable to Marlow ? Looking to progress their career
