2nd Line Support Analysts - Leeds City Centre

up to £24,800 + Bonus + 26 days holiday (35 hour working week)

My client a large financial services organisation are seeking multiple 2nd Line Support Analysts to join their friendly team.

Within this role you will provide an escalation of 2nd Line Support to business users at all levels up to board/VIP. You will have ideally worked within an ITIL environment and be able to pick up new applications and technology quickly. The roles offer fantastic opportunities long term to progress within a forward thinking company.

You will have experience within:

*Microsoft Office Suite

*Windows Active Directory

*Windows Sever

It would be beneficial but not essential if you had experience within one of the following:

*ITIL

*Firewalls

*SQL
