ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Collections Operations Manager to manage all collections and credit risk functions within a financial services provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in collections and project delivery.

This is an exciting time for a technical financial services business experiencing ongoing change and improvement. The Collections Operations Manager will be integral in implementing and delivering credit risk policies and procedures.

The Collections Operations Manager will have experience:

Managing a collections functionWorking in a financial services businessPlanning and delivering projectsIdentifying the need for change and offering solutionsWorking with third party recovery agentsUnderstanding of collections regulations

The Collections Operations Manager will be responsible for reporting key performance information to senior management so the ability to deliver detailed reports is imperative to the role.

The Collections Operations Manager will be paid a salary of £50,000 + benefits. This role is based in Chester and is easily commutable from Wrexham, Wirral, Oswestry and Warrington.
