As the Head of Digital Marketing & E-commerce Analytics, you will be heading up and carrying the full responsibility for performance and scaling of the Digital Marketing department, with a key focus on our 2 primary markets: USA & Asia.
Digital & Performance Marketing· Build and own best-in-class, performance-optimised acquisition strategy and own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of campaigns on all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google Adwords etc.· Responsible for the implementation of the automation marketing flow across touchpoints over the entire marketing flow: from traffic acquisition, to retention, to final conversion and post-purchase engagement· Review, optimise and scale paid social campaigns, identifying performance opportunities and presenting learnings to directors· Manage digital marketing budget and report efficiently on campaign performance, forecasts, ROI, purchasing patterns and website traffic · Work collaboratively with various departments on all campaign implementation including creative, ad copy and analysis· Establish a best in class growth marketing framework to continuously improve the conversion funnel across all B&L products · Build and maintain a performance marketing infrastructure (machine) that drives the sustainable and profitable growth of the B&L product portfolio
Requirements· An in-depth understanding of how and why audiences engage with content across different environments;· Understanding of USA & Asian consumer markets· You are always looking and reading about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in your free time · Very well-developed analytical skills;· A 'can-do' attitude, flexibility, creativity and very hands-on· Self-starter who takes action and makes things happen when faced with ambiguity Education & Experience· Bachelor degree university (min 2:1 or equivalent) from top tier university; science-related and business studies preferred· Minimum of 4 years' experience with strong track-record in a digital marketing & acquisition role
