App Support Engineer - Cambridge - £35,000 - £45,000Who are we?
We are a multi award winning Software House based in the Cambridge area that design and develop software applications for the Health Care Industry. Our key client base revolves around the NHS and their third-party suppliers and our complex enterprise applications are responsible for the day to day running of the health care industry itself.
Your role:
You will collaborate with our Development Team, Customer Support, IT and Technical Account Management. Your purpose will be to support the migration of of Legacy systems to modern environments as well as perform process analysis of our applications, in addition to monitor and release deployments and handle tickets queues
Required Skills:
Background as an Application Support Engineer (or equivalent)Excellent communications skillsKnowledge of Windows and Unix systemsPreviously involved with large scale software projectsAny of the following is highly desirable:Amazon Web Services (AWS)Work with a distributed teamRDBMS systems (Databases)API interactions and data mining Benefits:
