Business Systems Analyst - Cloud Contact Centre as a Solution (CcaaS)

Location: Oxford

Duration: 6 months Initial

Day Rate: £450 - £500

Business Systems Analyst - We are actively looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join an International Publishing Company based in Oxford for an initial 6 months.

As the Business Systems Analyst you will be joining a team of Architects and Solution Designers responsible for the support, maintenance and oversight of the core business application domain. The Business Systems Analyst will need to have strong ability with understanding and documenting user stories and a solid background with integration tool sets Cloud Contact Centre as a Solution (CcaaS). As the Business Systems Analyst you will need to have commercial experience with creating roadmap specifications for API integrations. The Business Systems Analyst we require experience working with in a past face Agile environment and exceptional stakeholder skills.

Key skills for the Business Systems Analyst:Hands on experience with Cloud Contact Centre as a Solution (CcaaS).Agile Business Analyst training or relevant qualifications.Strong analytical mind set, driven to produce results.Solid, Supplier and Stakeholder Management.Excellent communication skills are vital.
