Key duties and technologies will include; Cisco, Avaya Phone system, VLAN configuration, access control, Firewalls, VPN, Bandwidth management, wireless networks, Server, PC Desktop, PC Software, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2018 R2 - VMWare & Hyper-V, Microsoft Office 365, Apple OSX & Hardware (iPhone, iPad, Mac mini). *Face to face and remote (Some occasional offsite travel)

*Cisco knowledge

*Current CCNA (not essential - Training will be offered)

*Windows, Windows Server, VMWare or Hyper-V, Office, Phone systems

*Hardware including Servers, SAN's, Desktops, Laptops, Switches, Printers, UPS, Apple
