This is an opportunity for a Business Leader/Product Owner to take responsibility for a SaaS product and business that is already successful, has a substantial customer base and yet still offers massive scope for continuing development, UK and international sales, commercial growth and profitability.Following its recent acquisition by a FTSE 100 retail brand, the company now operates under its own legal corporate identity, and how it shapes up from here will be substantially down to you!
Initially, this will be built around your leadership, strategic and operational direction of a small, very new, team and our already proven record of success in profitably growing over 2000 customers with well over 50,000 users.
You will have all the executive responsibilities of a senior leadership role within the company and as a senior member of the larger Group Management Team of a SaaS based entrepreneurial and ambitious company.
You will also have all the hands-on responsibilities of keeping a tight, day to day grip on all of the essential metrics of, processes, projects, deliverables, software developments and touch points within the company and as that extends across the larger Group, and all of the associated stakeholders.
The successful candidate will, therefore, need to have a strong and broad base of business knowledge, skill, experience and competence. Of course, you may be stronger in some areas than others and, for the right person with potential, where there are gaps, we will support you with coaching, mentoring, training and development.
This is a unique opportunity for a Leader/Product Owner to run what has the very real potential to be an even more successful international SaaS business with what will most likely continue to be a relatively small team. So, a significant blend of vision, strategy, and leadership, hands-on product management, project management and delivery, unwavering focus on and engagement with prospects, customers, and users, and microscopic attention to the data and the key metrics required with a SaaS business.
