HR Systems Manager
One of our West Midlands based clients is seeking a HR Systems Manager to join their team, to take ownership of a new HR System implementation.
You will be required to manage and maintain the HR System, ensuring the effective system release management. Maintaining and maximising the use of HR modules within the organisation. You will also be required to ensure the system processes facilitate the delivery of all HR transactional processes.
The HR Systems Manager duties will include, but not limited to:
*Responsible for HR modules of the Oracle based system, ensuring the HR processes and scripts reflect the business requirements
*Providing ongoing maintenance, development and reporting of the system
*Ensuring the data quality us of a high standard, and creating reports to identify any data quality issues
*Creating user documentation and deliver any training as appropriate
*Working with other internal teams to understand the system, and assess any impacts of change to ensure the effectiveness of the system for end-users
*Leading the development and implementation of the Oracle based HR system
As the HR Systems Manager you will be required to possess:
*Strong HR system management experience
*Previous experience with implementation of a HR/ERP system
*A good understanding of cloud based systems and mobile applications
*Experience with working within an environment with large amounts of data
*Previous experience with interrogating large datasets
*Experience of Business Process Improvement
*Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
