An opportunity has arisen for a DevOps Engineer with Cloud Foundry experience where you will be involved in the development and automated operations of the companies Multi-Cloud Cloud Foundry deployment and its backing data services.As a Cloud Foundry DevOps Engineer your duties will include:
Enhancing and supporting a build framework for continuous deployment and platform automation.Running development, stage and production environments and deployments.Supporting and engaging with agile methodology.Owning and managing relationships with multiple suppliers &/or equivalent internal teams.Establishing and running the processes for monitoring, security and infrastructure lifecycle.
The successful Cloud Foundry DevOps Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
Have a strong background in Linux system administration/engineering or DevOps with strong skills in automation.Strong knowledge and practical experience with Ansible/Puppet/Bosh.Good knowledge of containerisation (Docker).Familiarity with logging systems such as Splunk, ELK & Kafka.High Availability and Load Balancer Solutions such as Nginx. F5, etc.Programming experience with Python/ GO.Excellent knowledge with configuration management and version control tools (Git).Experience with opensource monitoring solutions (Prometheus/Grafana/InfluxDB).An understanding of continuous integration tools (CI).
In return, the DevOps Engineer will receive a salary of £55,000 - £75,000 pa.
