A well-established technology giant at the bleeding edge of technology with all of their project work is looking for a Java Developer to join their development squad based in London on permanent basis. This role will suit an experienced software developer with a focus on DevOps and Continuous Delivery.The company employ nearly 45000 people in the UK and have multiple departments all with coding enterprise sized systems in a flexible working environment. The ideal Java Developer will enjoy working in a highly motivated, Agile, Test Driven team (TDD) delivering business value on a regular basis by producing high-quality code.
As Java Developer you will be responsible for:
Designing and developing RESTful APIs using Agile best practices such as TDD/BDD, pair programming and continuous integration.Contributing to designing and architecting microservices.Getting involved in some groundbreaking stuff that hasn’t been developed yet!
The successful Java Developer will have the following skills and experience:
Java.JMS.JVM.Spring MVC.Jenkins.Docker.Kubernetes.TDD.BDD.CI.CD.Agile.RESTful Api’s.Microservices.AWS.Google Cloud.
In return, you will receive a salary of £45,000 - £95,000 pa.
