Applications Support AnalystChester £35000 Depending on experience CRM/ ERP / SQL Server / SAGE / Applications Support Analyst / Warehouse Management /ChesterExperis IT are currently recruiting for an Application Support Analyst to join one of our leading client in a fast paced environment based in Chester.

As an Application Support Analyst you will provide effective IT support across all aspects of the business, you will be responsible for BAU with development support and testing of internal 3rd party applications.Technical SkillsERP/CRM Support and ConfigurationSQL AdministrationSAGEServer and Desktop OSWarehouse Management Systems SupportMicrosoft Office SuiteExperience of ITIL practicesResponsibilities To be able to diagnose and resolve technical issue using a various skills to utilise a range of skills gained over a minimal of 3 years providing application support.Identify and escalate all issues when necessary affecting the normal operation of the warehouse.Maintain knowledge of new technologies and application that may benefit to the business.Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and also building on any new relationships with key business users, colleagues and external suppliers.
