My client will consider candidates with knowledge of Metrology equipment from Toolmaker/ Machinist/ Workshop Engineer/ Quality backgrounds with experience dealing with clients and taking control of projects. In this role you can travel the world whilst gaining industry specific training and having opportunities to progress your career within this industry leading, multinational company.The company specialise in Metrology and work closely with their clients to support the onsite precision machining. They have been consistently growing in recent years and are looking to take on a Metrology Engineer to push this further. This position would suit someone with previous Metrology/Laser Alignment experience, who is looking to massively increase your earnings with overtime.The role:

- Lead large scale machining projects from quality/inspection aspects for customers

- Using Laser Trackers, 3D Scanners and Probing/Scan Arms to provide a range of measurement services

- Fantastic opportunity to maximise earnings with premium overtime ratesThe person:

- Any experience in Laser Alignment/Metrology is highly desirable

- Previous experience as a Toolmaker/Machinist/Workshop Engineer/Quality Inspector/similar position would be beneficial

- You must be prepared to travel UK wide and overseas
