This is an opportunity to join an established design and development agency with clients across retail, hospitality, manufacturing and technology sectors. They work on a wide range of promotional and information sites, ecommerce, microsite development and web applications, including a focus on improving conversion rates, speed and usability.

They are looking for a forward thinking, self-motivated developer to join their growing team in North West London.

As the main point of contact for their web development projects, you will be responsible for delivering the majority of their website output through content managed WordPress sites and standalone HTML sites, as well as contributing to their core product and systems development and their email campaigns.

They are looking for a hands-on developer with good communication skills, who can lead on development, as well as work in partnership with the team and CTO on delivery and overall strategy.

Essential:

- 2+ years of web development experience (ideally in an agency environment)

- Proven UI/UX Design/Development experience

- Excellent knowledge of WordPress, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, Git

- Experience developing bespoke themes for WordPress

- Able to solve problems & think quickly & creatively

Desirable:

- JavaScript Frontend Framework e.g. React or Vue.js

- Photoshop / Illustrator / Sketch

- MySQL skills

- REST API experience

- AWS / WPEngine hosting familiarity

- Mobile application development

- PHP / Laravel

- CSS animation

- SEO experience

- Blockchain interest

Good holiday scheme and flexible working hours. Option to work from home 1-2 days a week if required.
