Java Technical Lead / Development Lead

£75-95k plus benefits

Locations flexible between head office, client site and home (eg. 2-3 days Ascot, Berkshire, possibly 1 day near Fareham, Hampshire and 1-2 days from home)

We have a close relationship with this growing software house forged on past personal friendship and commercial delivery. A number of Java focused roles presently exist to work on a client-based project (a national organisation) to push this well-known organisation's technology capability further. As the Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development team and acting as the main point of contact for client projects. Key skills / environment

*Strong Java development skills

*Solid team leadership experience and priorotising workloads

*Working within an Agile environment

*Contributing to inter-project architectural design

*SOLID / DRY

*Experience with cloud-based architectures

*Development and maintenance of CI/CD flows, tooling, builds and processes

*Jenkins, Nexus, GitLab, Maven and SonarQube ideally

*Spring framework - Boot, Cloud, Docker, SSH, Jira, Hibernate, Junit
