As a CPS Service Desk Analyst you will work collaboratively with suppliers and other teams across the CPS as part of the overall support function on the solutions team service desk. As part of your role you will be required to collate user queries, issues and system faults. It will be necessary to monitor and manage outstanding end user issues and problems, regularly undertaking routine investigations with a view to resolution within the boundaries of service level agreements.
As part of your role you will work to predefined service level agreements and with a user-centric focus, providing good customer service to a range of stakeholders. You will seek to resolve all issues escalating through line management where appropriate.
In the role of Service Desk Analyst you will contribute to the delivery of organisational objectives, technical end user solutions and associated support services. This will be achieved through prompt action to address risks and/or issues to delivery timescales, pragmatically re-prioritising day to day work as required and making best use of available resources.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in a busy customer facing support role, and experience of working within an ITIL framework.
