This role will be responsible for multiple, simultaneous mezzanine construction projects, across geographical locations in Germany and other European regions, all at varying stages of the project lifecycle.This will involve the day-to-day management of projects, with communication across all departments, with direct responsibility for contract delivery planning, programming of works, carrying out site meetings, procurement of labour and materials, and project handover, therefore you will be willing to travel.The Candidate:Minimum 5 years experience in a similar positionSMSTSComputer literateFull driving licenceAbility to manage multiple projects at one timeAbility to lead and effectively deliver against targetsAbility and willingness to travelCompany Benefits:Annual bonus schemeCompany Car and Travel allowanceYou will be required to travel within Germany to fulfil the role obligations when required, generally working from their offices in Cologne, Germany.
