In this role you will lead and mentor the use of Agile practices within the Digital Development Team. Agile is used to develop and deliver our current eCommerce and customer web platform updates in a timely and reportable manner.

This role will report to the Digital Development Manger and will be responsible for:

*Organise and lead the key agile rituals including daily scrum, sprint planning, review and retrospective.

*Manage, maintain and develop the issue and bug management software so as to provide real-time views and reports on current throughput, burn downs, and regular Sprint velocity.

*Mentor the team members, and associated business teams on agile and how best to achieve its targets. Focussing on the correct use of communication, story sizing, task creation, testing, and documentation.

*Support the adoption of increased automation throughout the development cycle to achieve better agile practice and work item delivery, whilst maintaining core tracking ability and workflow.

*Suggest and lead improvements to the adoption of agile methods throughout the teams cycles, primarily to improve team function and throughput, as well as improved integration with the wider collaborative teams.

*Support the Project Manager and Business Analyst roles to bring new product and change work into our agile workflows to ensure team acceptance and resulting in timely and accurate delivery.
