For our client in Essen we are looking for a Windows 10 Migration User Support Consultant (m/f/d). Availability: 4 upto 5 days a week onsite in Essen Description / responsibilites:Tracking and supporting the Windows 7 to 10 migration project at ECR of c.a. 1000 users in EU (mainly in Germay, UK, Sweden)
Supporting end users with queries / issues regarding the Windows 10 migration standard procedures
Connecting users with the available guides / troubleshooting methods
Helping users with Data backup / missing software installation etc
Potential need to travel for few days upto a week or two to UK / Sweden
Required Skills:
Academic degree or equivalent professional qualification / experience
Several years of professional IT experience (esp. projects and applications)
Customer oriented attitude and empathy for identifying the actual needs of a stakeholder
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Windows 7 / Windows 10 / O365 experienced
Basics of Migration of Desktops
Active Directory / Application packaging Readiness basics
Rollout Planning Tracking / Reporting
User Support experience
