Are you a Software Engineer with a good understanding of Electronics? If so I would like to hear from you! I am looking for experienced Software Engineers who have an excellent understanding of Electronics to work for a prestigious company based close to Manchester. The company heavily invest in their teams and this is part of an expansion of their current electronics team working on a brand new project. Their products have a direct impact on people's lives within the medical industries mainly.There are two roles available one as a Senior Software who would be responsible for not only the software but also the processes as well as a second role that focuses on the low level embedded software and integrating this with the hardware. Your role will involve programming using low level embedded software and Embedded C programming. You will also have a knowledge of microcontrollers for example PIC and ARM microcontrollers. Any experience or exposure to Linux is also an advantage. You will also be working with Embedded Software functions targeted at FPGA Softcore processes such as Xilinx, Microblaze and NIOS microcontrollers. You will also be working closely with the PCB and Electronics team.
