System AdministratorMy Glasgow based client, a leading creative agency are seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team and offer support for their system and network infrastructure.The Systems Administrator will deal with issues raised in the form of tickets, Nagios alerts, and email and customer escalation.If you are keen to join a global-minded company and are motivated by your desire to learn and develop your career this could be your perfect role.Key responsibilities: First point of contact for issues raisedTroubleshooting and resolution of system and network issuesPackage updatesCarry out restore requestsMaintain and improve infrastructureCreate and develop testing and developing environmentsWebsite and app deployments and migrationsThis role will involve participation in an out of hours rota.
