Unit 4 Business World / Agresso Developer Contractor

This is a company based in Didcot that develops and sells specialist booking and facility management software, primarily to universities and hospitals worldwide. They have a growing client base and have an immediate need for a developer with extensive Unit 4 Business World (Agresso) experience to work on integrating their software into this system. This is a contract position and they envisage that this assignment will take about 4 weeks and paid a daily rate.

Their web-based software has a built-in automation engine that allows programs to be built via a web browser. This allows the behavior to be added to their application after deployment. They need somebody to help with three things:

1. To help them understand what it means to integrate with the kind of Business World environment their customers are likely to have and establish the scope of what they need to do.

2. To identify any upgrades required in their automation environment to integrate with Business World.

3. To develop the integration with Business World using their automation environment

They require a good understanding of Unit 4 Business World (Agresso).

A good understanding of SAP would be an advantage (for a follow-on project) but not essential

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record undertaking similar roles.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and the successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check due to the nature of their customers' data that they have access to.
