My client is looking for a Learning Consultant who is knowledgeable in full learning cycle and with eLearning development knowledge that can work from home, but will need to travel at times to go to the London office, and also some flexibility to travel at times to support client engagements whether in UK, Europe or possibly further afield.The Requirement:
Working across two projects for one client, a global pharma implementing significant new business change in Clinical Operations which impact people, processes and technology. Will need to quickly get up to speed and establish relationships with client stakeholders as one project is in flight. Work through learning cycle, from Learning Needs Analysis, learning strategy, instructional design/development of blended learning content (most likely mix of eLearning and for workshops), evaluation.
The Person:
Flexible, client focused Learning Consultant, knowledgeable in designing, developing and delivering blended learning solutions (face to face, remote and eLearning) for large-scale, global and complex business change programmes that impact people, processes and systems.With proven expertise in the full learning cycle, from learning needs analysis (LNA), through developing appropriate learning strategies, instructional design (for both instructor-led training and eLearning), training delivery and evaluation.Evidence of designing and delivering learning that supports large-scale, complex system and/or process change and helps organisations to embed new behaviours and ways of working. Broad sector knowledge would be ideal.Good hands-on eLearning design/development knowledge, proficient in eLearning development and authoring tools (preferably Articulate 360 as we mainly use Storyline and Rise); evidence of using animation software such as Vyond (GoAnimate), VideoScribe or Powtoon would be idealExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with evidence of dealing at all levels of an organisationAn understanding of the concept and practice of business change and how people go through change would be highly advantageous, as would any knowledge of business change principles, methodologies or tools.A relevant degree or equivalent with a recognised learning qualification
