My client is well established Housing Association in London who are looking to recruit an interim Contract Manager on a 3 - 6 month basis.

The successful candidate must have:

* Social Housing experience

* Experience with Health and Safety or Compliance contract management (in particular Fire contracts)

* Proven track record in contract management

* Minimum of 2 contract management positions held

* Ability to improve performance within contract management
