Qualifications
* APM PMQ / PRINCE II certification
* SC Level of security clearance required
(The role will be located at a UK MoD facility and the candidate will therefore need to hold or be capable of being granted SC level security clearance).
Skills requirements
* Proven working experience as a project manager
* Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Technical Experience and Qualifications
* APMP / PRINCE II certification - Essential
* Knowledge of International Trade Controls - US, UK, EMEA & APAC - Desirable
Project Overview
As ASSC Project Manager you will be required to drive the implementation of policy compliance to UK and international trade and export control legislation, including The International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (which are two important United States export control laws) that affect the manufacturing, sales and distribution of articles and technology by using project management techniques to ensure stakeholder engagement, communications and embedding of solutions.
Accountability for:
* Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of the ASSC project
* Ensure that the project is delivered on-time and within scope
