Our SOC department helps deliver enterprise grade applications and services for wider government. To keep up with ever-evolving demands, we're now updating existing technologies and replacing legacy applications. With this large modernisation programme taking place, it's an exciting time to join. The role
As our Change Manager, you'll bring your enthusiastic and motivated attitude to our Service Management team. In any other role, you'd deliver the usual CAB leadership, risk and impact assessment. But here, you'll also take concepts and drive them forward to ensure they succeed. This involvement will see you manage the implementation of change, and be a key player in ensuring our Government's communication systems are reliable and totally secure. Your profile
To join us as a Service Management professional, we'll expect you to have experience in these areas:  Change Management or Change Analyst experience. ITIL Version 3 Foundation. Experience managing Changes using a Call Management System. Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders. Experience creating, documenting and revising policy, processes and procedures. To join, you'll need to be proactive and forward-thinking. To really excel, you'll also: Bring your initiative and ability to prioritise a variety of work in order to meet deadlines. Have good written and verbal communication skills. Have a high level of discretion and be used to handling sensitive data. Enjoy working in a team. Lead with a "can-do" attitude, even when you're faced with a challenging situation. Rewards
