An excellent opportunity for a CNC Setter and Operator to join a well-known family run business, where you can maximise your earnings with lots of overtime and work in a varied role.

Are you an experienced CNC operator who is looking to move into Programming? Are you looking for a company who are well known for investing in their staff?

This well-established company are a well-known manufacturer of high precision parts to the pharmaceutical industry. Their bespoke tools are designed and manufactured in house and they are looking to recruit a CNC programmer to join their closely knit team.

This role will involve programming/setting/operating the company's modern machinery to produce bespoke pharmaceutical tools. You will be using the OneCNC programme to program from scratch, whilst also maintaining machinery and setting up cutters. You will receive full training on the OneCNC programme.

This role would ideally suit an experienced CNC Operator, who is looking for the chance to move into Programming within a family run business where you will receive a generous pension, have in-house training and be part of a great team.

The Role:

* CNC Programmer

* Metal and Plastic Milling

* Offline Programming

* Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (39 hours)

* £14-15 p/hr + Overtime: (OTE £38,000) + Generous Pension + Training

The Person:

* Must be an experienced CNC Setter/Operator

* Metal and Plastic Milling Experience

* Must be commutable to Brentwood

* Must want to become a Programmer
